Faculty Technical Support
Faculty who are teaching eCore courses and who need help with
GeorgiaView Vista, web browsers, or related technical concerns should
begin by consulting with the eCore Curriculum & Instruction department by calling 678-839-5310 between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, or emailing ecoreci@westga.edu.
For after hours technical support, please contact the Online Support
Center at http://help8.view.usg.edu. The answers to most faculty
questions are available in the knowledge base. Please search the
knowledge base before opening a support ticket.
For questions related to eCore policies, pedagogical questions, or
emergency issues that cannot be resolved by the Online Support Center,
faculty may e-mail the eCore Faculty Coordinator, Christy Talley, at ctalley@westga.edu.
