University of West Georgia Course Withdrawals
Note: the information below was provided by the University of West Georgia. However, you should refer to that institution's web site to make sure you are aware of current policies.
Withdrawal from Courses after Drop/Add: If you wish to withdraw from your eCore course(s) complete the withdrawal form below. If you have non-eCore courses you will withdraw from those on Banweb. Refunds are not issued for course withdrawals unless you are withdrawing officially from the University. Financial Aid Recipients who decide not to attend should contact the Financial Aid office to find out how the withdrawal will affect them by calling 678-839-6421.
Withdrawal from the University: If you decide not to attend UWG for a semester for which you have registered and have paid your fees, you must officially withdraw from the university. If you have any eCore courses, complete the withdrawal form below. If you have non-eCore courses, you must also call the Registrar's Office at 678-839-6438 to withdraw from your course or the university. Be sure to tell them that you have also withdrawn from your eCore course. Contact Student Financial Services (678-839-4737) to determine if a refund is due and when it will be processed. Financial Aid Recipients who decide not to attend and have financial aid which covers all of their bill, will be obligated to repay the financial aid award if they do not withdraw from the university.
By clicking on the link below, I confirm that I understand the withdrawal policies of my affiliate institution and wish to request withdrawal from eCore class(es).
Please note: As of October 2, 11:59 PM, it is too late to withdraw with a "W" for the Fall Semester 2009 term.
