My professor's availability and her desire to see me succeed have been so helpful. I am blown away with her passion on the subject to which she instructs. It is so obvious that she enjoys and is passionate about her work and her students. Specifically for Geology, I have taken more of an appreciation to the things around me, the landscape where I live, where we play, where we vacation. I truly have and am enjoying this class.

Don't let anything get in the way of your future and always believe in yourself! taking online classes helped me manage my time between school and having 2 part-time jobs... Also, some of my classes were in a different town; therefore, [online classes] allowed me to be at home and not have to drive as much. Some advice for online learners- I have done my best to stay on top of things with respect to time management, and knock things out early in the week so I can use the rest of it to study and work on my quizzes, discussion posts, and essays. This has helped me greatly, as I am simply revising for the rest of the week rather than ingesting new material.

I had the opportunity to Dual Enroll at Dalton State and take Sociology, American Government, and World Literature through eCore. My biggest tip for online learners is to make sure to plan accordingly. Look at the due dates and make sure you don't miss deadlines!
