Several military facilities have testing centers located on-site with an Education Officer who can administer your exam. If the on-site testing center is already listed in SmarterProctoring, you may proceed to schedule your appointment. If you are unable to find an on-site testing facility, please consider testing with one of the approved proctors within SmarterProctoring. If you need to use a proctor not listed contact the eCore testing coordinators at 678-839-4900 or etesting@ecampus.usg.edu for assistance.
Some high schools offer test proctoring services to their students. If your high school is already listed in SmarterProctoring, you may proceed to schedule your appointment. If you are unable to find your high school, please select one of the other approved locations in the other proctor groups (such as USG Testing Centers, Other Georgia Testing Centers, etc). High school proctors only proctor their own students. Not all high schools are represented. You will be required to pay the proctoring cost if there is one. If you need additional assistance, please contact the eCore testing coordinators at 678-839-4900 or etesting@ecampus.usg.edu.
If you are a student who is disabled as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act and require assistance or support services, please notify the instructor prior to attempting any activities or assessments in this course during the first week of class.
In order to receive testing accommodations, students must provide documentation to the instructor from the disabilities center at their affiliate institution or from the Regents Center for Learning Disorders. Accommodation documentation for the current semester must also be provided to the eCore testing coordinators at etesting@ecampus.usg.edu before scheduling a proctored exam appointment.
If you are currently in the United States but outside the state of Georgia, the eCore testing coordinators can assist you in finding an approved location near you. Some out-of-state testing centers have already been preapproved and can be found under the "out-of-state" category in SmarterProctoring.
If you meet the technical requirements, you may be able to test with the online proctoring service, ProctorU.
